What “anonymous” means here

  • GrabGram fetches, not your phone — the request reaches Instagram from GrabGram, so your name is not added to the viewer list
  • No Instagram account — you never sign in and never hand over an Instagram password
  • Your IP stays yours — it is never passed on to Instagram
  • Public accounts only — a profile that needs a login in Instagram cannot be opened here either
  • Everything lands in Telegram — which is also why it works in places where Instagram is blocked
