In Instagram, open the reel, tap Share and choose Copy link. The address starts with instagram.com/reel/.

Paste it above

Drop it into the field and send. The link goes to GrabGram and nowhere else — it never ends up in this page’s address bar.

Pick up the file

Telegram opens on the GrabGram chat with the reel already requested. The video arrives there as a file.
