Track a public Instagram account
Enter the username. GrabGram opens that profile in Telegram, and the Subscribe button on the profile card starts sending you its new Stories, posts and reels.
What tracking does
GrabGram checks the account on a schedule and sends what is new to your chat, instead of you opening the account to look.

Checked once a day on every plan, including the trial, and delivered as files in the same chat.
Nothing sent twice
GrabGram keeps track of what it has already delivered to you and skips anything you have seen.
How to start tracking
The subscribe button lives on the profile card, so tracking always starts from a profile.
Enter the username
A plain username, an @username or a link to the profile all work in the field above.
Open the profile card
Telegram opens and the bot replies with the profile: avatar, username, bio, post count and follower count.
Tap Subscribe
The button is on that card. From then on, new content from the account arrives in the chat on your plan’s schedule.
What each plan tracks
- Trial, 7 days — 1 account, Stories checked every 8 hours
- Starter — 3 accounts, Stories checked every 3 hours
- Pro — 5 accounts, Stories checked every hour
- Max — 15 accounts, Stories checked every hour
- On every plan — posts and reels are checked once a day, only public accounts can be tracked, and subscribing never puts you in a Story viewer list
